REGISTRATION
1. Online Sign Up is Open from Monday, December 13, 2010 until Friday, January 21, 2011 (6:00pm) http://www.scorekeepersink.com/Sign_Up_2VNH.php
2. Payment is not required to sign up online. You?ll still need to go to Registration to pay your entry fees.
3. To ?finalize? race entry, Early Entry riders (including parent/guardian if rider is a minor) MUST check in at Registration
4. Minors with Guardian must have two copies of ?notarized? statement for Guardian to be able to sign for minor
5. A rider will NOT be allowed on track without a practice sticker
6. Rider must practice with designated group
7. Riders MUST bring 4 digits of VIN for each bike they will be racing when registering

Take 59 N, exit at FM 2090. Turn right at the light. Go to Stop sign turn left. Go to light turn right. Go to the flashing yellow light (Tram Rd) turn left. Rurn right at May Rd. Continue on May to the track entrance.

1. 1st gear idol only in pits for racers and pit vehicles
2. 5 mph while on property for all vehicles
3. Permitted Pit Vehicles include:
? Golf Carts, Side x Side — MUST have Valid Drivers License (DL) to operate vehicle.
? Scooter with Helmet (must be legal to drive)
? Pit bikes with helmet 1st gear idol only
? All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked by 10pm

We will be holding dirtbike only practice Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. It is $15 per rider.

Track Fees:

Saturday Practice Fee: $15 per rider

Sunday Spectator Fee (including rider): $10 per person (5 and under and 65 and over are free, unless a rider)

Primitive Camping: $15 per night

Electrical and Water Hook-up: $25 per night

Friday night the 24th the gates open @ 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. for camping only.

Gates Open @ 7:00 a.m.

Sunday 26th:

Rider meeting: 8:00 am
Race practice: 8:30 a.m.
Racing: 9:00 a.m.
Awards Ceremony immediately following race.

Practice Fee’s: $20.00 per person
Spectator fee’s: $10.00 per person for Sunday 5-under free and
65 and older free. This does not include riders.
Race fee’s: $35.00 for members, $40.00 for non members.

Split Pot raffle will be held this race and the gun raffle will also be going on. this is the last chance to get your gun raffle tickets for the winner will be drawn at the end of the year award ceremony.
